Lymphatic Love Blend

Directions

Pour 8oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of your herbs . Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Consume 3 cups per day. 

**Do not boil the herbs** 

**Do not microwave your water or tea

*** Drink at least 8-10 cups of purified water per day. Avoid fried/greasy foods, dairy, and white starches.

• Orders take 2-3 business days to receive once it has been shipped. 
• You have the option of choosing between UPS, USPS, or DHL. These carriers offer many options for you at checkout to choose how fast you would like it to arrive (overnight, expedited, 1 day, etc)  Priority shipping is not the same as expedited or express.
